El Cerdo -- Celebration on 10th, Sept, 2011

Yeah! Finally finished doing my english essay.. hahaha.. :) And just wanna share and recommend to all of you a nice restaurant which was located at Jalan Changkat, Bukit Bintang -- El Cerdo which means " Pork " in Spanish..

It 's was recommended by my bro and since we planned to celebrate my mom 's birthday which was fall on 12th, Sept, and yet we stil haven decided whr to go.. Therefore, we decided to take this opportunity to  make an attempt for Spanish dishes.. We reached about 7:05pm and I found that the whole street just look alike with Hong Kong, Lan Guai Fong 兰桂坊, if u know what I mean, and I think this is the only restaurant along the street and others than that is all bars, pubs and club.. hahaha.. Lastly, my bro and his girl friend, Hui Nien which was also her birthday on that day.. came and they start to order some food..

We start our meal with complementary bread and pig liver pate.. It 's nice for me but some ppl maybe can 't accept the smell of the pate.. :)

Next, the Appetizer was served.. Woohoo.. --> Cold ham with rock melon.. 

At first I saw this meal, thinking " urghh " uncooked = raw meat, but after I tried it 's quite nice and you can try to eat this with the complementary bread, and it 's like marinated ham, so considered half-cooked lah.. hahahha.. :)

The second dishes is sausages platter, there are four types of sausages, some wrapped in grilled bacon, and I like the mashed potato alot.. :) Yummy..

After that, is my favorite dishes among all dishes.. --> Pork Rib -- Oven roasted Iberico spare ribs..

The ribs was so juicy  + tender texture.. Oh my smurf.. You should try this if u go to this restaurant.. :) And they serve you a bowl of warm water with a quarter of lemon for each customer that order ribs, to make you easier to eat, wash your hand before you eat and after you eat.. Lemon can remove oil from your hand easily.. :) 

Next come the Marinated Pork Shoulder, it 's was delectable and you should also try the fried onion which put on top of the dish.. :) 

Pasta --> Pork Ragout A La Provencale.. Taste normal only.. hahhaha.. 

The main character came out --> Suckling Pig.. :) 

Actually the Spanish have their own ritual before eat this suckling pig, I found it was quite interesting.. :) 

The servant, Smith taught us the way : First, hold a plate, then knock the wooden plate 3 times.. 

Then, use the plate to cut the pig head, body and tail.. ( To prove that the pig is crispy enough.. )

Next, make a wish.. :) 

Then, throw the plate into a wooden barrel that prepared by them.. I wondering how many plates were thrown and smash everyday.. lol.. :) 

After the ritual, the servant take the suckling pig back to kitchen and serve again after cutting the pork.. 

The Spanish believe that this ritual will bring good luck to ppl.. :)

Two wooden piggy were given by El Cerdo to two birthday girls.. :) so cute.. :) 

 Lastly, we went back home and was quite a traffic jam thr because on that day have some celebration.. As a conclusion, the food and service thr were just perfect and I would giv them 8.5/10 marks.. :) It 's nice to have your meal there.. Enjoy.. :)

A very first concert in my life~ ♥

Yesterday, another Friday -- no class.. And I thought that it was just another boring day.. Around 2pm, my mom suddenly called me, I went downstairs and my mom asked me : u got homework to do arr ?

me: (thinking deeply in heart, what to answer her? I tot she wanna ask me to do house duties again~ ahhh! then I answered her) y ?

my mom: u wanna go to concert ? 

me : (shocked o.O) concert ? whose concert ? 

my mom: 张信哲..
me: huh ? dunwan.. hehehe.. ( I tot is like khalil fong ahh, like this de singer de.. hahhahaha.. *dreaming again* ) when ? u going ? 

my mom: ya.. aunty yee may got 4 extra free ticket mah.. u wan anot ? 

me: at genting o? 

my mom: ya.. 

me: wan wan!! ( actually my main purpose is go to genting, although not staying overnight at thr, but I just miss genting alot.. The fresh air and cold surrounding..) woohoo~!! hahahaha.. 

Then, around 6pm, we went to aunty 's hse, her husband fetch us go thr.. We reached thr around 7:30pm, is so cold.. (smiling inside my heart.. hehe.. ^^ )

Sorry for the poor quality of pictures.. Coz I did remember to bring camera but forgot to bring battery that was still charging at tat time.. hahaha.. >.< paiseh.. -.-

Lastly,  I felt so lucky to attend this concert because Jeff Chang is really good in singing and all his songs were so nice.. Although some part his forgot the lyrics, but others than that his singing skill in a live show is juz perfect as what we heard in cd version. I love 不要对他说，找钥匙， 空位，做你的男人 and 爱如潮水 so much.. Continue on your good work, Jeff Chang~!! And wish you good luck in today performance.. :) 

This is my very first concert in my life and it 's just great.. Wish that Khalil Fong will come to Malaysia again to have a concert here, coz I missed his Timeless Concert last year.. hahhaha.. :) 

Lee Yong Dae -- My Idol~

Today 18th, Sept, 2011, while contesting at the 2011 China Masters Super Series in Changzhou, China , Korea’s Jung Jae Sung and Lee Yong Dae won the Men’s Doubles title by thrashing top seeds and World Number One duo, Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng of China.. Hurray~!! They are in the tremendous form  today, the smash, drop-off, all the tactics they used is juz perfect.. And they finished the tournament by two games only, with the marks of 21-17 and 21-10.. Very geng right ? I m so happy bcoz it was since a long time they did 'nt get champion due to injury issue of Lee Yong Dae and if not mistaken, last championship is Korea Open.. And Cai Yun and Fu Hai Feng this two men double players are not easy to be defeated.. Here is the final marks of China Open:

Do you know who is Lee Yong Dae ? I m sure that a badminton fans should know about him, but if you don 't know here are some simple descriptions about him and some pictures too : 

Lee Yong-dae, 李龍大; born September 11, 1988 who is a male badminton player from South Korea. He is considered by many to be a great talent and already a wonderful doubles player. His current partners are Jung Jae Sung in men's doubles since 2006 and Lee Hyo Jung in mixed doubles since 2007.

Malaysia 's Day~

Today is Hari Malaysia -- Public Holiday.. As usual, I woke up late 9:30am.. Went out and hav my breakfast.. guess what? bak kut teh again lah.. -.- but it 's delicious.. I like this week, and this is the first week that I turn back to school, and now I m into sem 2.. This week one day holiday, one day schooling day, one day holiday, what a fun week, hope that everyweek also can relax like this week~!! hahaha.. dreaming.. erm.. it 's so boring, and I took some pic today and yesterday, share share:

Do u ever notice that there are some ppl that u can chat wif them on facebook or twitter, but seldom talk to each other or even did 'nt talk to them when meet them by person ? even say a " Hi " ? I did hav this ppl in my life, not much but some of them are my classmates, hahaha, can 't imagine why this will happened.. Is my problem ?

hahaha.. I noe that I look so cool when my face hav no expression and some ppl say it as arrogant~ Erm.. Is my fault to look like that ? Some ppl juz look cute and hav a smiley face without smiling, unfair! hahaha.. Juz don 't misunderstanding me as an anti-social people.. I 'm not.. I admit that I m not good in socializing, does' nt mean I m not friendly and refuse to talk to you.. Juz.. u noe ? dun hav a topic to chat wif you.. hahaha.. especially to boys.. i had phobia to guys since i went in to secondary school, do u noe tat kind of feeling that u did 'nt talk wif a guy for 5 year except father and ur siblings ? hahaha.. tat 's my feeling!

And i tried my best to talk wif guys, and chit- chat wif them like what i did to my female friends.. but it 's hard, especially some guys that make me feel got some gap or distance? i dunno how to say it in english -- 距离感.. Erm.. I should try my best to talk to everyone in my class.. hahhaha.. hope thr is one day, i can cure my phobia- talk-with-guy.. And lastly I apologize to anyone if I treat u very coolly before.. Sorry for that.. I wil try my best to change.. Thanks~!! :)
